To begin with, you're never waited on by a sales clerk. I’m the one who will take your measurements, show you fabrics and make any adjustments necessary. Your custom clothing is being made specifically for you, I’ll be with you through every step of the way.

Before we start anything, we’ll have an initial consultation. This provides both of us with an opportunity to develop rapport, acknowledge any specific needs you may have and be confident of my knowledge and professionalism. The more I understand you, the better I can be of service to you.

This becomes our “game plan” or “blue print” that will address those areas which you feel are most pertinent. All this is done before any fabrics are selected or any measurements taken.
